Healthy Lunch Ideas

I recently made fermented tomato salsa following the recipe on the Pickl-It website and was very pleased with the results. The salsa was delicious and there was so much I could do with it. Many people seem to think that when we eat traditional foods, we are deprived of the finer things in life. Especially when we are sugar-free and avoid sweets, including fruits, majority of the time. That is truly a misconception, because we have no shortage of nourishing food that truly taste good in this house!
